Powerball winner splurges on another new LA masinon
Powerball winner Edwin Castro has splurged on another new LA mansion, this time for $47 million in Bel Air.
The 31-year-old's newest crib brags seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and an infinity pool with panoramic views of Los Angeles.
It also features DJ turntables, a champagne tasting room, a suspended glass walkway, a wine cellar, and a theater.
Castro has already purchased at least two other California mansions since coming into the money this past winter,
including a $25.5 million Hollywood Hills property with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread over 13,500 square feet.
Castro's spending spree is just the latest example of how Powerball winners are using their newfound wealth to splurge on luxury real estate. In recent years,
there have been numerous reports of Powerball winners purchasing multi-million dollar homes in some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the country.
It's understandable why Powerball winners are drawn to luxury real estate.
After all, what better way to celebrate your newfound wealth than by buying the home of your dreams?
And with so much money to spend, Powerball winners can afford to buy the best of the best.
Of course, there are also some potential downsides to splurging on luxury real estate. For one,
it can be difficult to find a home that meets all of your needs and desires, especially if you're looking for something truly unique.
Additionally, luxury homes can be expensive to maintain, both in terms of property taxes and upkeep.
